Desert Wines: Perfer 49
In the glass it is intense, friendly and soft at the same
time with aromas of ripe fruit. Little by little the notes of
ripe red fruit are interspersed with notes of licorice fruit
giving way to aromas such as Rosemary and red pepper.

Sight: Intense ruby color with light reflections of earthy tones. Clean and bright, medium bodied.

Palate: Entry into the mouth is smooth and prolonged. The notes of roasted and caramelized cocoa that surround the black fruit stand out. It is long on the palate with a good structure.
It’s lovable.
Pairings: Grilled sirloin and beef steaks.

The rest of the production is extracted from the vineyards that Bodegas Perfer has in the Lucainena de las Torres. In total, Bodegas Perfer has a cultivated area of 42 hectares.
